We are so excited for our trip to Tulum, Mexico! Kelly’s travel knowledge, customer service and friendliness are top notch. She asked a few questions and figured out the type of vacation we would enjoy pretty quickly. Kelly came up with so many great recommendations that is was tough to choose just one vacation! We will always use Kelly when booking vacations from here on out. Thank you, Kelly!
Kelly made our first trip to Greece very easy! We went to Athens, Milos and Santorini and had a wonderful time with friends and made new travel friends. She managed all the details and answered all our questions when we were not sure of customs and expectations of tourists! Looking forward to more travels in our future!
Kelly was so fun to travel with! She made sure that everyone felt welcomed and that everyone’s needs were met! It was great to go on a tour and not have to worry about anything. Booking our all girl trip to Paris this past Spring Break to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday, which had been delayed for almost 2 years due to covid, was the best decision we could’ve ever made! Kelly was very attentive and intuitive to our needs throughout all stages of planning and during our trip as well. She found us an excellent hotel in the perfect area, literally a few minutes walking distance from the Louvre, helped us stay on budget, provided us with useful travel tips, & even checked in on us during our entire trip. It was very reassuring to know she was on top of everything, including changes to our flights and kept us informed of all updates to our itinerary. She also helped us choose our own tours and experiences during our stay in Paris, which made it easy to customize it to our needs and get the most out of our vacation. We will most definitely be using her again for our next vacation as we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. We highly recommend her services for any trip.
I've been on few of Kelly's trips. When I thought Kelly could not top the last great trip, she delivered another well planned and even more fun adventure! Her attention to details, deep travel hands-on experience and friendly personality are incredible. I highly recommend joining one of her unique trips.
Kelly planned an incredible trip for us to Greece! It was extremely well-organized and allowed us to fully enjoy everything that Greece has to offer. We experienced everything we wanted and more without any stress! I couldn't imagine traveling any other way. I highly recommend it, 10/10!
After speaking with two different people prior to contacting Kelly, we finally found what we were looking for. Her patience and attentiveness are unmatched. She walked us through the process of planning our Spring Break 2022 getaway to Paris. She explained everything carefully and answered all of our questions. She allowed us to take ownership of our trip by proving us options and then letting us choose those that best fit our needs. She made it such an easy, pleasant experience that I am sure we will be reaching out to her again for future travel plans. If you are like me, extra cautious and hesitant about who you trust, just speak to her once and you will see how easy she is to work with and how efficient and mindful she is. We felt very comfortable and pleased overall.
Kelly listens very well to what your travel needs are. She planned and executed a wonderful trip for my family to Italy. She has been there herself, so knew how to work within my budget and pick nice places but they were also affordable. She organized flights, hotels, excursions- the whole nine yards only to find out our trip was cancelled due to the Pandemic! While most agents would have dropped the ball, she spent hours helping me getting all my refunds! I would not hesitate to use Kelly again at Pathfinders. You will not find anyone more conscientious and trustworthy.

Kelly has an amazing sense of how to take care of ALL the details! From the bookings to the reservations to the canceled everything’s due to the virus. I am beyond pleased with her generous ways to make sure she took care of everything! We cannot wait to book again when COVID has simmered. Thank you for all your help.

This was the first time Kelly helped us with our recent trip to Greece. The service was incredible, the hotels Kelly booked were all spot on, all locations were great, logistics was handled more than outstanding. Kelly made this trip a memory for a lifetime.
